Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to report any issues to us.

Conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a proven defect.

Procedure

Contact us before any return, providing your order number and the reason. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the return, via the original payment method.
