Our Story
Apis Adansoni was born from a simple observation: the European Union consumes far more honey than it produces. The result? Shelves are filled with poor-quality products, adulterated, processed, far from real honey.
Our answer: directly import 100% pure honeys from Senegal and Benin, harvested by an exceptional bee — the Apis mellifera adansonii. Smaller, more robust, it forages on abundant and sometimes endemic flora, producing honey of rare aromatic richness.
Our flagship product, Shea Blossom Honey from Northern Benin, is the perfect illustration: silky texture, incredibly soft and refined taste, it pairs with cheeses, yogurts, marinades... and is universally loved, even by the youngest from 18 months.
